The restrictions assure the homeowners that live in Wildwood a lifetime of peace of mind and higher property values. 

Homeowner's Association - Yes, we have one. The Association was put together to assure increased property values and maintain higher standards for the residents.  

There will be a one-time fee, and then approximately $120/year thereafter, which equates to approximately $10 per month.   This fee provides for maintenance (lawn care, park benches, etc) of the common area and the front entrance.  Street Lighting and Garbage pick-up is provided by the City of Church Hill.
